A: Over 25 000 discounted tickets are available for the 42 day operational period. purchasing tickets limits vary depending on ticket price

Q: How much are these tickets?
A: Ticket prices vary from R50 upwards.

Q: Where is Ratanga Junction?
A: Century City Cape Town, Century City Boulevard

Q: When does Ratanga open?
A: 10 am and ride queue lines close at 5pm

Q: Can I change my date for a different date?
A: Yes, BUT only if there is tickets available on Webtickets for the preferred date.

Q: Can somebody else use my tickets if I cannot make it?
A: Yes, all the person needs is the barcode of the ticket.

Q: Where can I get a refund?
A: NO REFUNDS on discounted tickets.

Q: Do I need to print out my tickets to claim them at Guest Services or can I just show them?
A: The barcode just needs to be showed and scanned.

Q: When I pay at PnP can I use that slip to claim my ticket at Guest Services?
A: Yes, do make sure it has the barcodes on (one barcode per ticket).
