Q. Can I change my dates for a different date?
A. Yes, you can if that date is available, please contact Webtickets and they will be able to assist you with this.

Q. Can somebody else use my tickets if I can’t make it?
A. Yes, they can as long as the tickets are valid.

Q. Where can I get a refund?
A. We do not offer refunds but we can reschedule for another available date.

Q. How can I pay for my ticket?
A. We have 4 different payment options:

  1. You can pay online with your credit card
  2. You can do a Visa checkout
  3. Pay at any Pick & Pay store
  4. You can EFT or deposit the money

Q. What is the difference between a R50 and R179 ticket?
A. There is no difference between the prices there are just limited tickets available per day, the sooner you buy the cheaper the ticket.

Q. Can I pay at any Pick & Pay store?
A. Yes, you can.
